Michaela Probst has been a lawyer since 2009 and a specialist lawyer for industrial property protection since 2013. She advises large and medium-sized companies, as well as individuals, on all matters related to trademark, design, patent, copyright – and competition law.
Her focus is on enforcing rights against product pirates, including criminal proceedings and customs border seizure cases. She has extensive experience in out-of-court advice and legal representation of national and international rights holders, with special industry knowledge in the field of vehicle electronics and mobile phones.
