Amelie Bernardi has been a lawyer since 1996 and a specialist lawyer for Labor Law since 2002. She represents companies, managing directors, boards, and specialist and executive staff in all matters related to labor law or service contracts and associated disputes.
Amelie Bernardi has extensive experience in individual labor law (e.g., terminations, termination agreements, drafting employment contracts and target agreements, use of external personnel, and data protection issues) as well as in collective labor law (advice or representation in connection with negotiations and disputes between employers and works or staff councils, collective bargaining law, etc.). In addition, she supports during corporate restructurings and reorganization processes.
In this regard, Amelie Bernardi advises not only on legal frameworks and strategic planning but also takes on the labor court representation of her clients. In complex negotiations and contentious disputes, she is available to her clients as a competent contact person and actively supports negotiations with her many years of extensive experience.
In addition to her legal practice, Amelie Bernardi regularly holds lectures and seminars (e.g., FOM – University of Oekonomie & Management non-profit GmbH, IHK Frankfurt, Hera Training GmbH of the Hessian Bar Association, Association of German Labor Lawyers e.V., in-house seminars for large and medium-sized companies in individual and collective labor law). Furthermore, she is a (co-)author and editor of several specialist books on labor law, including topics such as Works Constitution Law, use of external personnel, sample annual discussions, and target agreements.
