You are in the midst of your studies or just about to graduate – and want more than textbook cases. At NOTOS, you will work on the legal issues that are currently shaping companies and technology: AI regulation, data protection in complex digital ecosystems, intellectual property strategies for global brands, IT contract design at the edge of feasibility.
Your Role
You will support our lawyers in handling ongoing mandates – substantively, not administratively. Specifically, this means:
Independent research and preparation of complex legal issues in our areas of focus: IP, IT, data protection, commerce, contract law, and litigation
Assisting in briefs, expert opinions, and contract drafts
Analysis of current case law and regulatory developments – particularly at the interfaces of law and technology
Preparation and support of court and administrative proceedings
What You Bring
An ongoing or completed first state examination with above-average results – or comparable academic achievements
Recognizable interest in at least one of our focus areas: IP, IT law, data protection, commercial law, or litigation
Careful, independent working style and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
Good English skills
Curiostiy about digital business models, technology, or creative industries – and the willingness to look beyond the legal horizon
