The trainee station at NOTOS is as training should be: practical, demanding, and on equal terms. You are not just working on cases – you are working with them. On mandates that move companies. Your role

• Independent handling of mandate-related issues in our areas of focus: IP, IT law, data protection, commercial and contract law, as well as litigation

• Drafting of pleadings, opinions, and contract clauses – with direct feedback

• Researching and analyzing current case law and legislation, especially in the technology and innovation sector

• Accompanying court appointments, negotiations, and client meetings

• Active preparation for the second state examination through challenging, exam-relevant tasks
  
  

What you bring

• An above-average first state examination

• Recognizable affinity for our areas of law – whether through choice of focus, publications, internships, or personal interest

• Structured thinking, precise language, and the ability to clearly present complex issues

• Fluent English

• Entrepreneurial curiosity and the willingness to engage with the dynamics of a boutique law firm
